HealthyMeal is our mobile app for personalized weekly meal planning and nutrition tracking. It complements the Sports meal-plan tools on the web and is designed to work independently on your phone.

Most HealthyMeal data — including your profile, body metrics, preferences, and generated meal plans — stays on your device. The only personal information we store on our servers from HealthyMeal today is your email address, if you choose to provide one.

HealthyMeal does not require an account. There are no ads, subscriptions, or in-app purchases at this stage.

• Website (stored locally in your browser): email address, meal-plan preferences such as nutrition goal, weekly budget, and disliked ingredients, body metrics you enter for personalized suggestions (height, weight, waist, hip, chest, and related measurements), and saved meal-plan results.
• Website (sent to our servers): when you use connected features, your email is included in API requests. We persist only your email address on our servers.
• HealthyMeal app (stored locally on your device): profile and nutrition data such as first name, last name, age, height, weight, meal-plan preferences, and generated meal plans.
• HealthyMeal app (sent to our servers): if you provide an email address, it may be transmitted to and stored on our servers. Email is the only personal information we persist from the app at this time.

Meal plans, body metrics, and preferences are processed locally on your device or in your browser to deliver Sports and HealthyMeal features.

Email addresses stored on our servers are not actively used at this stage. We may use them in the future to link web and app usage, support optional account features, or send service-related or promotional emails where permitted by law.

There is no account registration or login today. We do not use your information for advertising at this stage.

Sports and HealthyMeal are free to use today. We want the current commitment to be explicit:

• We do not offer user accounts or require sign-up.
• We do not sell the HealthyMeal app.
• We do not charge subscription fees or process in-app purchases.
• We do not show advertisements.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing.

After this stage, we may introduce optional paid subscriptions, in-app purchases, or advertisements — primarily in the HealthyMeal app. We may also begin using stored email addresses for the purposes described above.

By design, most of your data remains on your device or in your browser so the website and app can remember your choices between sessions.
