About Le Phuong Trung

I build software because I care about making complex things feel simple, honest, and dependable.

My journey

I did not fall in love with programming because of buzzwords. I stayed because I saw how much difference a well-designed system can make when real users depend on it every day.

Over the past few years I have worked across government systems, blockchain products, and international client projects for Japan and Australia. Each environment taught me something different — but the lesson that stayed is the same: ship carefully, observe honestly, and improve with intention.

Today I split my energy between client delivery and building my own micro SaaS experiments on this site — tools for health, creativity, and learning that I wish existed in a cleaner form.

Core values

  • Reliability over hype

I would rather deploy something modest that stays up than chase a trend that breaks in production.

  • Clarity over complexity

Good architecture should reduce cognitive load — for users, teammates, and my future self.

  • Products with a human reason

I build faster when I can explain who benefits and why the feature deserves to exist.

Beyond the screen

  • Tracking fitness and body metrics — part curiosity, part discipline
  • Exploring creative and reflective tools like tarot and storytelling interfaces
  • Learning languages and designing multilingual products
  • Reading about systems thinking, product craft, and calm engineering culture

How I work

I plan from the backend outward when reliability matters, then shape the experience until it feels effortless on the surface.

I communicate in writing, prefer async clarity, and document decisions so projects stay understandable months later.

I work best in focused blocks — deep implementation first, polish second, and honest retrospectives always.
